1. Delivery Coverage & Estimated Time
- We ship nationwide, covering all provinces from the Western Province to the Eastern Province.
- Fast Delivery: Orders within Kigali can be delivered within 3-5 hours.
- Orders to other provinces typically take 24-48 hours, depending on distance and availability.
- Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours or less before shipping.
- During sales, promotions, or re-stocking periods, processing times may take longer.
- We always strive to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.
3. Shipping Hours
- Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
4. Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number is provided once your order has been shipped.
- To track your order, visit our Tracking tab on our website and enter your provided tracking number.
- Important: Larger items may require someone to be present upon delivery.
5. Address Changes
- Once an order has been processed, we cannot change the shipping address.
- Please ensure your shipping details are correct before confirming your order.
- If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at support@umusirimu.com before your order is processed.
6. Delivery Fees & Costs
- All deliveries are free of charge within Kigali and to other provinces.
- There are no additional handling charges for large or bulky items.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, our delivery team will attempt one more time.
- If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging for our review.
- If an item is missing, please check your tracking details and contact us immediately.
